Yes, both silk and cashmere are hypoallergenic and exceptionally gentle on the skin. These materials are ideal for people with sensitive skin or allergies.

• Silk: Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent or special silk cleaner. Do not wring; gently press out excess water and let it air dry.
• Cashmere: Hand wash in lukewarm water or use a wool cycle at a low temperature. Use a mild wool detergent. Lay flat to dry and avoid direct sunlight.

Absolutely. We work exclusively with suppliers who use ethical and eco-friendly production processes. We value long-term partnerships with our production partners and pay them above-average, fair wages.

Our products follow standardized sizes. Most items, such as scarves and shawls, come in one size. For sweaters and vests, please refer to our size chart on the product page to ensure the correct fit. If you have any questions, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

The shipping time depends on your region:

• Germany: 2–4 business days
• Europe: 4–7 business days
• International: 10–14 business days

You can return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Log in to our shop page and access the returns function under your orders. For returns within Germany, we will provide you with a free return label. Refunds will be processed once the goods have been received.

Since we often package and ship orders shortly after they are placed, we cannot offer cancellations. However, you can return the order yourself. Please refer to the section "How can I return my order?"
