Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping within Germany with a delivery time of 2-4 days. We do not offer express shipping within Germany. Shipping to EU countries costs €7.5 and usually takes about a week. We do not offer express shipping within the EU. Shipping times are only estimates and may vary slightly depending on the service provider.

• Multi-channel shipping from Amazon, where Amazon determines the actual shipping provider.

Returns within Germany are also free and should be sent directly to Intergate Consulting & Trade GmbH. For countries outside Germany within the EU, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
